Project descriptions, timelines, photographs, and answers to common questions describe our typical work and are not promises about any particular project. Estimates, appointments, and contracts
Requesting an estimate or booking an appointment through this website does not create a contract for construction work and does not commit either of us to the project. Prices discussed before a site visit are preliminary. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms, change-order process, and warranty for any project we perform are set out in a signed written contract between you and Good Neighbor Construction. That contract, and not this website, governs the work. Appointment times we confirm are estimates of arrival and may be affected by traffic, weather, and job-site conditions.
Financing
Any renovation financing referenced on this site is offered by RenoFi, NMLS ID 1802847, and its lending partners. Good Neighbor Construction is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not guarantee approval, rates, or terms. Financing is subject to the lender’s own application, terms, and approval.

General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Good Neighbor Construction again, just sign up as you did the first time and Good Neighbor Construction will start sending messages to you again.
