What your roof replacement can include

One licensed team handles the tear-off, the structure underneath, the waterproofing and the finish material, with the permit and inspection taken care of.

01

Full tear-off and deck inspection
The old roofing comes off so the sheathing can be checked, and damaged or dry-rotted decking is replaced before anything new goes on.

02

Underlayment and flashing
New synthetic underlayment, added protection at valleys and penetrations, and new flashing so water leaves the roof instead of sitting on it.

03

The roofing material you choose
Architectural asphalt shingle, concrete or clay tile, or a flat-roof system, matched to your home and to what your HOA allows.

04

Attic ventilation
Ridge, static or turbine vents sized for your attic, so heat and moisture leave the space. Ventilation is a large part of how long a roof lasts.

05

Vents, skylights and penetrations
Pipe boots, vents, skylight curbs and cooler stands are re-flashed or replaced while the roof is open, not patched afterward.

06

Permit, inspection and warranty
We pull the permit, meet the city inspector, and hand over the manufacturer warranty paperwork with your final invoice.
