What your painting project can include

One licensed team handles the preparation, the primer and the finish coats, with the same written scope and schedule as our remodeling work.

01

Surface preparation
Washing, scraping loose paint, sanding, patching and caulking. Preparation is what decides how long the finish lasts.

02

Primer where it is needed
Bare wood, stucco patches, water stains and large color changes get the right primer before the finish coats go on.

03

Interior walls, ceilings and trim
Walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, casings and cabinets, with the sheen chosen room by room.

04

Exterior stucco, siding and trim
Stucco, siding, fascia, eaves, garage doors and trim, coated with products rated for Southern California sun.

05

Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin-Williams products
We paint with Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin-Williams products, and we can match a color you already have.

06

Protection and daily clean-up
Floors, counters, fixtures and landscaping are covered and masked, and the work area is cleaned at the end of each day.

See the color in your own light

We can put sample areas on your wall or stucco so you can look at the color in your own light before the whole job goes on.

  • Estimate how much you may be able to borrow on our RenoFi financing page
  • Available for renovation projects of all sizes, from roofing and remodels to ADUs and additions
  • A RenoFi renovation advisor walks you through loan options and next steps

How it works

  1. Explore rates and estimate your borrowing power on our RenoFi financing page, or choose “Yes, check my financing options” when you start your project.
  2. A RenoFi renovation advisor reviews your information and contacts you about loan options.
  3. We plan your project with a clear written scope so you can compare your financing with confidence.

Financing is provided by RenoFi (NMLS ID 1802847) and its lending partners, not by Good Neighbor Construction. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting and lender terms. Not available in all states.
