What your bathroom remodel can include

One licensed team handles demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile and finishes, and you pick every material in person.

01
Showers built around your routine
Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers with built-in niches and benches, new soaking tubs and frameless glass enclosures.
02
Waterproofing done before tile
A sloped shower pan and a continuous waterproof membrane behind every tiled wall, checked before any tile goes up.
03
Tile you pick at the showroom
Floor and wall tile, mosaics and accent tile selected at our partner showrooms, from in-stock lines to special orders.
04
Stock, semi-custom or custom vanities
Single or double vanities in the size and finish you want, with quartz or natural stone tops chosen at the showroom.
05
Fixtures, lighting and ventilation
Shower valves, faucets, lighted mirrors and exhaust fans, plus GFCI outlets and updated circuits where code requires them.
06
Permits and city inspections
We pull the building permit and schedule the required inspections before walls are closed.

Renovation Financing

Financing options for your remodel

Through our financing partner RenoFi, homeowners can explore renovation loans that may let you borrow based on your home's expected value after the project is complete. Checking your options will not impact your credit.

  • Estimate how much you may be able to borrow on our RenoFi financing page
  • Available for bathroom remodels, as well as kitchens, ADUs and additions
  • A RenoFi renovation advisor walks you through loan options and next steps

How it works

  1. Explore rates and estimate your borrowing power on our RenoFi financing page, or choose "Yes, check my financing options" when you start your project.
  2. A RenoFi renovation advisor reviews your information and contacts you about loan options.
  3. We plan your project with a clear written scope so you can compare your financing with confidence.

Financing is provided by RenoFi (NMLS ID 1802847) and its lending partners, not by Good Neighbor Construction. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting and lender terms. Not available in all states.
